Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information APT TECHNOLOGY SERVICES LLC, which operates SoloGatas.com ("SoloGatas", "we", "us"), collects when you use our website and services (the "Platform"), how we use it, who we share it with and the choices and rights you have. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Cookies Policy.

APT TECHNOLOGY SERVICES LLC is responsible for your personal information (the "data controller"). You can contact us at info@sologatas.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account information: name, username, email address and password (stored encrypted), and, if you add them, your gender, date of birth, phone number and country. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
  • Profile information: profile picture, cover image, bio, links and any other information you add to your public profile.
  • Identity verification (creators): images of the front and back of your government-issued photo ID, a selfie, your address and, where required, tax forms (such as the W-9 form for US creators), plus the consent and age records of people who appear in your content.
  • Payout information (creators): the details needed to pay you, such as bank account details, PayPal or Zelle email, or cryptocurrency wallet address, and tax information when required.
  • Content and communications: posts, photos, videos, live streams, stories, comments, messages, and anything you send to us, such as support requests and reports.

Information created when you use the Platform

  • Transactions: subscriptions, purchases, tips, wallet deposits, earnings and payouts, with amounts, dates and status. We do not store full payment card numbers; payments are handled by our payment processors.
  • Activity: creators you follow or subscribe to, content you like or buy, and your notification settings.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, pages visited, the date and time of your visits, and your last activity.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookies Policy.

Information from others

We may receive information from payment processors (for example, payment confirmations), from Google if you use Google sign-in, and from other users who report content or accounts.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the Platform: create and manage your account, show content, process subscriptions, purchases, tips and payouts, deliver messages and send service notifications. (Needed to perform our contract with you.)
  • To verify age and identity: make sure all creators and people in content are adults, and prevent fraud and impersonation. (Legal obligation and legitimate interest in keeping the Platform safe and lawful.)
  • To keep the Platform safe: moderate content, investigate reports, detect and prevent fraud, spam, chargebacks, abuse and security incidents, and enforce our Terms. (Legitimate interest and legal obligation.)
  • To meet legal obligations: keep accounting and tax records, respond to lawful requests from authorities and report illegal content. (Legal obligation.)
  • To improve the Platform: understand how the Platform is used and fix problems, mostly using aggregated statistics. (Legitimate interest, and your consent where required for analytics cookies.)
  • To communicate with you: answer your questions and, if you choose, send you news and updates. You can turn off non-essential emails in your account settings at any time. (Contract, legitimate interest or consent.)

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

3. Who can see your information

  • Other users: your username, profile picture, cover image, bio and public posts are visible to everyone. Content you put behind a subscription or a price is visible only to the users who have access. Messages are visible to the people in the conversation.
  • Creators can see the usernames of their subscribers and of users who buy their content or send them tips, and the amounts paid.
  • Your identity documents, email address, payout details and payment information are never shown to other users.

4. Creators and people who appear in their content

If you become a creator, we process some extra information about you, and about the people who appear in your content, to meet the obligations in our Creator Agreement (section 3 of the Terms of Service):

  • Identity verification: the images of your ID, your selfie holding your ID and a sign, your full name, date of birth and address. Our staff compare the selfie with the ID photo to confirm that you are the person on the ID and that you are an adult. We do not use this comparison to build facial-recognition templates. (Legal obligation and legitimate interest in preventing minors, fraud and impersonation.)
  • Tax information: for US creators, the IRS Form W-9, which includes your taxpayer identification number (such as your Social Security number), and your yearly earnings. We use it to file the tax reports the law requires, such as Form 1099, and we share it only with tax authorities and our tax advisers. (Legal obligation.)
  • Earnings and payouts: your balance, earnings per transaction, fees, payout requests and payout details. (Needed to perform our contract with you, and legal obligation.)
  • Co-performers: when we ask for them, the ID copies and signed releases of people who appear in your content. These people may not have a SoloGatas account. We use their information only to confirm that they are adults and consented, keep it under the same protections as creators' ID documents, and never show it to other users. A co-performer can contact us at info@sologatas.com to exercise their rights or to report content published without their consent. (Legal obligation and legitimate interest in keeping the Platform lawful.)
  • Content moderation: images and videos uploaded to SoloGatas, including profile and cover images, may be checked by automated moderation services and by our staff to detect prohibited content. These providers only process the files to give us a result.
  • Public creator profile: your username, profile picture, cover image, bio, public posts, subscription prices and number of posts are public. As explained in the Creator Agreement, we may feature your public profile on the Platform and in our marketing.

Creators also receive information about fans, such as usernames, messages and purchases. Creators may only use it to interact with fans on SoloGatas, as required by the Creator Agreement. If you let a manager or agency help run your account, you are responsible for how they handle fans' information.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only when necessary, with:

  • Service providers that work for us under contract, such as hosting and data storage, email delivery, analytics (Google Analytics) and customer support tools. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
  • Payment processors and payout providers, to process payments, wallet deposits and payouts and to prevent fraud. They handle your payment information under their own privacy policies.
  • Google, if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Authorities and safety organizations, when required by law or to protect people's safety, including reporting child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and responding to valid legal requests.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, when needed.
  • A buyer or successor, if SoloGatas is sold, merged or reorganized. We will tell you if your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. International transfers

SoloGatas is operated from the United States, and your information is stored and processed there and in other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your country. When we transfer your information, we take steps to protect it as described in this policy and as required by applicable law.

7. How long we keep your information

  • Account and profile information: while your account is open. After you close your account, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time, unless we need to keep it for the reasons below.
  • Content: until you delete it or close your account, except for limited backups that are overwritten over time.
  • Identity verification and consent records: for as long as the law requires us to keep proof that creators and people in content are adults, even after the account is closed.
  • Transaction and payout records: for as long as required by tax and accounting laws (normally up to 7 years).
  • Information about accounts closed for breaking our rules: as long as needed to prevent the same person from returning and to defend legal claims.
  • Logs: for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords and restricted access to identity documents and payout details. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep it private. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities when the law requires it.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
  • correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • delete your information or close your account;
  • object to or restrict certain uses of your information;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent; and
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

Many of these you can do yourself in your account settings: edit your profile, change your email and notification preferences, or delete your account. For anything else, email info@sologatas.com from the email address linked to your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we will answer within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

These rights include the rights provided by laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Brazil's LGPD, Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law and US state privacy laws, where they apply to you.

10. Adults only

SoloGatas is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we close it and delete the information, except where we must keep it to report it to the authorities. If you believe a minor is using SoloGatas, please tell us at info@sologatas.com.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for important changes, notify you on the Platform or by email.
